Family Medicine means just that. We see newborns to adults, 0 - 100+. At your complimentary consultation, we will discuss what Monarch Family Medicine has to offer you as a patient. We will make sure all of your questions are answered. We will take the time to ensure that our services are the right fit for you.

After the consultation, we will obtain the most complete version of your medical records. The doctor will review those records prior to your first medical visit to ensure that she can fully understand and discuss your medical needs during your first appointment.

Patients who are uninsured, or have high deductibles benefit from our wholesale priced labs, and in-office testing.

We hope to negotiate discounts on out-of-office services, such as, x-rays, MRI and ultrasounds.

Cold, flu, urinary infection, strain or sprain? Call us first. We can get you feeling better soon without the higher price tag associated with the ER.

Lifestyle Assessments

Minor Office Procedures

Minor procedures can be performed in our office such as those listed below. Some may require an additional fee, which will be discussed with the patient before any treatment.

There is no charge for administration of immunizations to children.

Adult immunizations may be available at cost with no added administration fee.
